Refund policy

Delivery Process:

As soon as your order is placed, our team immediately begins processing and shipping it. All items are shipped within 72 hours.

*Please note that due to high current demand and social distancing requirements in the workplace, our distribution center is taking a bit longer than usual to dispatch orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Don't worry if the tracking number doesn't show a package available within the first 24 hours - the system may take a day or two to catch up.

You can expect to receive your order within 7 business days. If your order does not arrive within 15 business days, please contact us so we can follow up with the shipping service.

Is there a return policy?

Yes, we have one! We're confident you'll love your product. However, if you don't find the product suitable, we offer a return policy.

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item arrives without the bag or is deemed unsuitable by our inspection team for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse your refund.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return address, and you'll then need to ship your product(s) back to our warehouse.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and remedy it.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:

Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
